Buckaroo & Ranch Rodeo

We would like to invite you and your friends and family to participate in our annual fundraising ranch rodeo.  It will be held in the NEWLY RENOVATED, indoor, Muenster Arena, Muenster, TX on Sunday, April 1^st, beginning at 1:00p.m.  Events will include Team Mugging, Team Sorting, Un-decorating and Team Roping.  Entry fee is $200 per 4 person team.  Each event will pay $200 to the top team.

Over all team winners will be awarded:

• 1^st place-$400 plus belt buckles
• 3^rd place-$300
• 2^nd place-$350
• 4^th place-$250

On Sunday morning, beginning at 9:00a.m., we will have a Buckaroo Rodeo.  Entry fee is $20 per 2 member team.  Age appropriate obstacle courses will be set for each group.  Prizes will be awarded to the fastest teams and goodies bags will be given to all participants.  Details are on the enclosed form.

Team Mugging

4 loop limit. 2 minute time limit.  Tie 3 legs and stay tied for 6 seconds.  Nothing deep, any legal head catch.

Team Sorting

You’ll be given a number to sort.  Must sort 3 calves in order.  I not in order, you will be given a full time of 2 minutes.  Your calves must stay out of the herd.

Cow Un-decorating

Chute run cows.  4 loop limit.  Pull tag from underneath and return tag to judge to stop time.  Cow must cross line to rope.  No deep catches.  Shoulders forward.  If deep, must let go.  Cow must be standing to pull tag unless cow sulls down by itself.

Team Sorting

5 loop limit. 2 minute time limit.  No lost time or one hind leg catch.  Nothing deep, any legal head catch.

You do not have to clear ropes.
